La Maison du Language aims at preventing children’s primary language impairment and health education in the realm of language. The association informs and guide careful professionals on acting with language in their institutional programs. It creates and organizes socio-education actions based on language for both parents and children in partnership with territorial activities (the city and department council). It is involved with national preventive events and national cultural events which helps build one’s reflexion on   French language and linguistic diversity.

It has a wide span, from beginners to hardened professionals, and offers several tricks to learn languages efficiently while having fun. The Welcoming and Friendly Team for foreign students (EAAEE) was founded in 1951 to bring back together French and German students after the war. It now has students from all over the world. It is an intercultural association in discovering languages, customs and French culture.
